AYA works because of data, and we treat it carefully. This page covers two different things: the member data your gym or trainer collects and shares through the AYA platform, and the small amount of information this website collects if you contact us or subscribe to the newsletter.

If you use this website.
Nothing here is collected unless you choose to give it.
If you send us an enquiry, the contact form collects your name, email address, role, company, phone number if you provide one, your message, and whether you asked for a demo or to join a pilot. We use it to reply to you and follow up about working together. That's it.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address and use it only to send you the newsletter you asked for. Every issue has an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. You can also ask us to remove you at any time using the address below.
Two companies handle this for us. Enquiries from the contact form go through Formspree, and the newsletter runs on beehiiv. Both are based in the United States, so your email address is stored there rather than in Canada. They process this information on our instructions only, never for their own purposes.
We keep contact form details for up to 24 months from your enquiry, or until you ask us to remove them sooner, whichever comes first. We clear these out each quarter, so it can occasionally run a little past 24 months. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, aside from a minimal record of your unsubscribe so we don't email you again.
We don't sell this information and we don't use it for advertising. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you subscribe to the newsletter, beehiiv's signup form may set its own.
