4. Cookies on the Web Dashboard
The AYA FITNESS web dashboard, used by trainers, gym operators, and clients to view assessment results and programming, uses only Strictly Necessary and Functional cookies required for security, authentication, user preferences, and operation of the dashboard. The dashboard does not use Performance/Analytics cookies, Targeting cookies, or Advertising cookies.
This is a deliberate choice. Because the dashboard may be accessed by minors participating in school and club programs, AYA FITNESS limits cookie use within the dashboard to technologies necessary to provide and operate the service and does not permit advertising-related or cross-site tracking in that environment.
5. Your Consent Choices
When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie banner that lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or open a preference center to choose by category. Strictly Necessary cookies are always active because the Services cannot function without them. You can change your choices at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" link in the website footer.
If you do not make a choice, non-essential cookies will not be set. Your consent preferences will be stored for up to 12 months, after which we may ask you to review and renew your choices. Where minors use the AYA FITNESS web dashboard through a school, club, or similar program, the dashboard uses only Strictly Necessary and Functional cookies required to operate the Services.. The dashboard does not use Targeting, Advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.
