We believe winning is growth.

Not just a medal. A stronger, healthier future, reached one step at a time. AYA is how you measure the steps.

The story

The last part of fitness to get measured.

Cardio got numbers. Recovery got numbers. Sleep, steps, heart rate, all tracked and trending. Strength, the reason most people train, was left behind, without objective data of its own.

We started AYA to close that gap. To give gyms, trainers, and coaches an objective picture of strength, and turn it into better decisions for the people they train.

Why now

Why now.

Strength is now the anchor of the gym. Strength zones fill 42% of the modern club floor, the highest share on record. (HFA, 2025) A new generation is training for it, and they expect to see their data and proof that their effort is working.

The appetite for evidence has never been higher. Strength is the last place without it.

What we stand for

Kaizen. Continuous improvement.

The fern in our logo stands for growth, adaptation, and resilience. It is the right symbol for what we believe. Progress is not linear. It happens at different speeds for different people. But it has one direction. Forward.

We call that spirit Kaizen. Small, relentless improvement. It is how we build the product, and it is what we help your members find.

Winning is growth. One trajectory. Forward.
