Mike Morris
B.Ed, RLC, BCRPA
Mike Morris has a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Victoria and a Recreation Leadership certificate from Camosun College. Mike specializes in health and performance fitness training and created AYA Fitness in order to provide people with the tools needed to reach their fitness goals. Mike feels that that a person's fitness program should not revolve around a particular gym or expensive piece of equipment. Rather, he feels that it should revolve around the person themselves. That is why Mike created a variety of fitness services that allows the client to make decisions on when, where, and how they will exercise.
